Personal Training
Jump Start trainers are well versed in many areas of fitness and health improvement. From balance and flexibility improvement to weight loss or muscle gaining, our trainers can help you achieve your fitness goals. Personal trainers take into consideration your medical history and work with physical therapists on site to ensure your workout is safe and injury-free.
New gym members will receive a free one-hour fitness orientation which can be used for training in the gym or in our junior Olympic-sized swimming pool.

- Single 1 hour session:$40

3 one hour sessions or 6 half hour sessions - Value Package 1:$272

- An initial fitness evaluation which will measure your body mass index, blood pressure and review your nutritional habits
- Personalized workout programs and logs which you will be able to continue to use long after your personal training sessions are complete
