Amy Dittsworth, Licensed Massage Therapist

Amy has been a part of the hospitality and massage industries for over 20 years combined. She began her studies at Utah College of Massage Therapy, Salt Lake City, in 1999. She joined the Associated Therapeutics and Jump Start team in September of 2009. Amy values continuing education and attends classes regularly to add tools to her tool belt.

Because of her training in health and wellness, she has also found a passion for fitness and nutrition and plans to begin studies for her certifications as a personal trainer and nutritional counselor in 2016. Amy uses positive, holistic methods, and believes that massage, fitness and nutrition are important for anyone who desires less pain and stress, and a happy, healthier life.

Amy enjoys reading, writing and artwork. She also enjoys spending time outside working in her garden or in the mountains with her fiancé, Mike and dogs, Tyson and Baby Girl.
